Routine Veterinary Care

 

Routine examinations and preventative health maintenance are performed on an annual or biannual basis depending on your horse's needs.

Neonatal Medicine

Foals require close monitoring and expedient examination and treatment when ill.  

Colic Examination

Colic is the leading cause of death in horses.  Early treatment is key when dealing with any type of colic, from impactions to surgical conditions.

Dental Examination

A fundamental key to a healthy horse is the maintenance of proper dentition.  At minimum, once a year a horse needs to have its teeth evaluated and may need scaling of sharp points in addition to evaluation for abnormal teeth or wear.

Ultrasound Examination

Ultrasound examinations are used to diagnose a variety of conditions, from inflammatory bowel disease to colic.
